ATTENTION:

It is with heavy hearts that the BANA clinical team has made the difficult decision to discontinue our skills trainings for the unforeseeable future, effective from August 31st, 2021 onward.

Only one skills training has been approved to continue after August 2021; this training is “Metabolism: Learning to Trust Your Body”.

At this time, all other trainings have been cancelled indefinitely, in order for the BANA clinical staff to focus their efforts on the increase of demand in eating disorder services, and its result on our growing wait list.  We are hoping that this decision will allow our clinicians more time to provide individual treatment in order to reduce our wait times. This decision has not come lightly, as we know so many of you have enjoyed our trainings and/or have been looking forward to them – we love them too!

In partnership with Windsor Essex Community Health Centre – Teen Health, BANA provides centralized intake for new client inquiries for residents of Windsor and Essex County.

Intake services are provided to all ages, free of charge and will streamline your access to treatment and provide a continuum of care while answering your questions and requests for assistance.

You can contact the Centralized Intake Worker at 1-855-969-5530 or by completing an inquiry form below.
