The Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association realizes that the last year has been a difficult one for us all.
Never has it been more important to remember the need for kindness. Towards others and towards ourselves.
This can be very simple. Some examples are walking outside, reading, drinking your coffee, writing, dancing, with your pet or plants, painting, etc. Whatever might give you a sliver of joy!
