Getting Started

The Recovery Support Program is a self-guided program meant to provide immediate access to low barrier, eating disorder and disordered eating recovery resource and tools.

All activities included in the Recovery Support Program are self-guided and will not be monitored by the BANA team.

If you are over the age of 16, start by completing the Level of Care Self-Assessment in the first module. If you are having trouble accessing this, please call BANA at 519-969-2112

Yes! All of BANA’s services and programs are free of charge to Ontario residents with a valid OHIP card.

BANA is a non-for-profit organization, funded by the public.

This is the first step in our intake process, followed by a medical assessment with our nurse practitioner.

The session will last about two hours, so feel free to bring food and drink, and you’re welcome to take breaks as needed.

Accommodation for a translator can be made.

While no formal diagnosis will be given at this time, this conversation helps us understand your experiences, strengths, and goals to create a tailored support plan.
