Welcome to the Connecting our Community Symposium agency booth registration form.

• We ask that your booth be set-up 30 minutes prior to the start of the event and remain open until the conclusion of the day. (est. 8:30am-4:00pm)
• The booth space, as well as 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided without charge to community agencies.
• All booths must be registered no later than January 9, 2026.
